Let \(T(\nu)\) be a generalized Weyl algebra in the sense of V. Bavula defined on the complex polynomial ring \(\mathbb{C}[h]\) with the automorphism \(\nu(f(h))=f(h+1)\). Then \(T(\nu)\) is a graded algebra. The main result of the paper classifies the algebras \(T(\nu)\) up to an equivalence of categories of graded modules over them.
