When studying polyhedra, one must be clear in what ``polyhedra'' means for their purposes. The article under review uses a definition first given by Grünbaum, which allows for faces to be skew or infinite. The main purpose of the article is to discuss properties of skeletal polyhedral structures in three-dimensional Euclidean space; results in higher dimensions are not discussed but references to these are provided.
