The authors extend the spectral method for random piecewise expanding and hyperbolic (Anosov) dynamics. In particular, they establish quenched versions of the large deviation principle, central limit theorem and the local central limit theorem for vector-valued observables. Moreover, they show that their method can be used to detect a variety of new limit laws in this context, e.g., the moderate deviations principle, concentration inequalities, Berry-Esseen and Edgeworth estimates and large deviation expansions.
