The authors consider the one-dimensional Euler droplet model, i.e., a flow of droplet gas driven by air of the given velocity and known viscous drag coefficient. The purpose of the article is to solve the Riemann problem. First, the condition of loss of regularity for smooth solutions is established. Then the Riemann problem is solved for the cases of zero viscosity, non-zero viscosity in the smooth case, and in general, including the case of generalized Rankine-Hugoniot conditions. The problem is illustrated by numerical examples.
