This paper is a continuation of the authors' paper [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 311, No. 1, 57-106 (1989; Zbl 0671.55006)]. Using simplicial topological spaces and topological (graded commutative) algebras, the results of the preceding paper (loc. cit.) are extended to the fibrewise localization of the map \(X \rightarrow B\pi\), where \(p\) induces an isomorphism on fundamental groups.
