Let \(E\) be a compact subset of \(\mathbb{C}^n\) and \(\Phi\) some \(\mathbb{C}^n\)-valued mapping, holomorphic in a neighborhood of \(E\), whose branch locus \(\Sigma\) intersects \(E\). Let \(g\) be a \(C^\infty\) function which is \(\overline\partial\)-flat on \(\Phi(E)\). Assume that the composite function \(f:=g \circ\Phi\) belongs to some sufficiently regular Carleman class \(\{l!M_l\}\) on \(E\) (such a situation occurs, for instance, when one studies Glaeser's famous theorem on composite differentiable functions in the ultradifferentiable setting). The present work gives conditions which ensure the existence, and allow an explicit definition, of a sequence \(M^+\) depending only on \(M\), \(E\) and \(\Phi\), such that \(g\) satisfies optimal Carleman estimates \(\{l!M^+_l\}\) on \(\Phi(E)\). The range of applications of the results includes essentially the case of any mapping \(\Phi\) with homogeneous components.
