    Continuous-time nonlinear autonomous systems are considered. Conditions for the convergence of Luenberger type observers for such systems are relaxed to neutral stability. The results are applied to systems with inputs generated by exosystems, and it is shown that conditions for the existence of convergent observers are the same with or without the inputs. Several examples are given for illustration purposes.
