General projective Riccati equation method and exact solutions for generalized KdV-type and KdV-Burgers-type equations with nonlinear terms of any order (Q1433595): Difference between revisions

The authors obtain many families of exact travelling wave solutions of general KdV-type and KdV-Burgers-type equations with nonlinear terms of any order. To this end they use the projective Riccati (improved version) equation. The authors find new and more general solutions, which include the previously known travelling wave solutions found by extended tanh method and other more sophisticated methods.
