The authors make a comparative study of numerical solutions for singularly perturbed linear two-point boundary-value problems, via a fitted-mesh finite difference method, a B-spline collocation method and a finite element method. These methods are already available in the literature. Here, they apply these methods to some singular perturbation problems and present the obtained numerical results.
