This paper considers the robust stability of a class of switched neutral systems with discrete time-varying delay and time-varying structure. Sufficient conditions for exponential stability criteria are developed for arbitrary switching signal with average dwell time. The results are obtained bu Lyapunov's stability analysis via Lyapunov-Krasovskii's functionals. It is proved that the stabilizing switching rule is arbitrary if all the switched subsystems are exponentially stable. These conditions are delay-dependent and are given in the form of linear matrix inequalities.
