Let \(H(\mathbb{C})\) be the space of all entire functions equipped with the topology of uniform convergence, and let \(I\) be the identity operator on \(H(\mathbb{C})\). In the paper under review, the author proves that, if \(T\) is a continuous linear operator on \(H(\mathbb{C})\) with nontrivial kernel such that \([T,\frac{d}{dz}]=aI\) for some nonzero constant \(a\), then \(L(T)\) is hypercyclic for all nonconstant entire functions \(L\) for which \(L(T)\) is continuous on \(H(\mathbb{C})\). In particular, \(T\) itself is hypercyclic.
