The two main results of the paper are: 1. If in a compact Finsler manifold \(F^n=(M,F)\) without boundary the weighted Ricci curvature satisfies \(\text{Ric}_\infty\geq 0\), and \(u\in C^2(M)\), or there exists a point, where \(\text{Ric}\neq 0\) for any direction, then \(\lambda_1=\left( \frac\pi d\right)^2\) iff \(M\) is isometric to \(S^1\left(\frac\pi d\right)\). Here \(\lambda_1\) is the first closed (resp.\ Neumann) eigenvalue of the Finsler-Laplacian corresponding to the first closed (resp. Neumann) eigenvalue function \(u\), and \(d=\sup_{x_1,x_2\in M} d_F(x_1,x_2)\). This generalizes a result of \textit{F. Hang} and \textit{X. Wang} [Int. Math. Res. Not. 2007, No. 18, Article ID rnm064, 9 p. (2007; Zbl 1129.53021)] from Riemannian to Finsler spaces. 2. Let \(F^n=(M,F)\) be a complete reversible Finsler manifold with nonnegative \(S\)-curvature, and \(\Omega\subset M\) a smooth bounded domain with a mean-convex boundary. If \(\text{Ric}_\infty\geq 0\), then the first Dirichlet eigenvalue \(\mu_i\) of the Finsler-Laplacian satisfies \(\mu_i\geq \left(\frac{\pi}{2i_F}\right)^2\), where \(i_F=\sup_{x\in\Omega} d(x,\partial \Omega)\). Finally, an estimation for the lower bound of the first eigenvalue of Finsler-Laplacian with, Dirichlet boundary condition is obtained.
