For an ultrametric space \(X\), the author considers the space of balls in \(X\), endowed with the Hausdorff metric, and reintroduces (in terms of balls) and discusses a couple of metrics on the space of maps between ultrametric spaces. In fact, the text is a long list of routine verifications of definitions with no hints to ``What for?''. The open question on page 37 (is the iterated limit \(L\) of a complete metric space \(X\) complete) has an almost evident positive answer: it suffices to drop a Cauchy sequence from \(L\) to \(X\) by means of iterated selections.
