Consider a family \[ \dot{x}=A(t,\mu)x,\;t\geq 0,\,x\in\mathbb R^n,\,n\geq 2\eqno{(1)} \] of linear differential systems depending on a parameter \(\mu\in M\), where \(M\) is a metric space, such that for each \(\mu\in M\), \(A(\cdot,\mu)\) is a continuous bounded operator function on the half-line with respect to the uniform norm \(\|\cdot\|\). For such a family satisfying the condition \[ \lim_{\nu\to\mu}\|A(\cdot,\nu)-A(\cdot,\mu)\|=0,\,\mu\in M \] the author obtains a complete description of the set of points of lower semicontinuity of the \(i\)th Lyapunov exponent of (1): \(S\) is the set of points of lower semicontinuity of the \(i\)th Lyapunov exponent of (1) if and only if \(S\) is an \(F_{\sigma \gamma}\) set containing all isolated points of \(M\). In the particular case of a complete metric space, an analogue result holds for the set of points of upper semicontinuity of the \(i\)th Lyapunov exponent.
