The controversial goat problem (also called three doors problem), known from the media, is completely analyzed and solved. Language ambiguities in the problem formulation play an essential role in the issue. Random events are mistaken for arbitrary information regarding their results. Both controversial solutions actually prove as partly correct components of the complete solution. The argumentation is performed in generally intelligible language and then completed by a formal mathematical contemplation.
