Semi-orthogonal wavelet frames on local fields (Q739079): Difference between revisions

The present work is an extension of wavelet frames to semi-orthogonal wavelet frames on local fields of positive characteristic. Moreover, a characterization of all semi-orthogonal wavelets as a generalization of the orthonormal wavelets on local fields in terms of some basic equations in the univariate case in the frequency domain has been obtained.
