[For part I see the author, ibid. 304, No. 3, 797--874 (2011; Zbl 1225.81137)]. \(N = 1\) supersymmetric gauge theory has been constructed, mainly based on ideas by Seiberg. Seiberg found that the electric-magnetic duality can also exist for \(N = 1\) supersymmetric gauge theory with \(\mathrm{SO}(N)\) gauge group, where the theory is described by an interacting four-dimensional superconformal field theory. The study of the supersymmetric dualities is a very meaningful work. In this article, the authors consider the Seiberg electric-magnetic dualities for \(N = 1\) supersymmetric gauge theory with \(\mathrm{SO}(N)\) gauge group. The authors construct superconformal indices in terms of elliptic hypergeometric integrals for all such known theories. The authors describe a number of new elliptic beta integrals associated with the s-confining theories with the spinor matter fields, and represent the reductions of some dualities from \(\mathrm{SP}(2N)\) to \(\mathrm{SO}(2N)\) or \(\mathrm{SO}(2N+1)\) gauge groups. The authors give some possible applications of the elliptic hypergeometric integrals to a two-parameter deformation of 2d conformal field theory and related matrix models. The authors also describe the relations of the reduced superconformal indices with the state integrals of knot theory, generalized AGT duality for \((3+3)d\) theories, and a \(2d\) vortex partition function.
