In this work the authors define Morse decomposition for general nonautonomous dynamical systems. Morse decompositions give a fine structure decomposition of the pullback attractor for the general nonautonomous dynamical systems, and help us understand the behavior of solutions, and in this case, without uniqueness. Also, they apply the theory to study the effects of small time delays to the asymptotic behavior of control systems.
