Interpolation with bivariate polynomials is studied in this paper, especially using harmonic polynomials. If the degrees of these polynomials are at most \(n\), the dimensions of the linear spaces of such polynomials are \((n+1)(n+2)/2\) and \(2n+1\), respectively. The task considered in this article is to find dual bases for the latter space. These are found in the main Theorems~2.2 and 2.4 employing Kergin type interpolants and Hakopian type interpolants.
