A general pseudoparabolic-type problem in a closed cylinder under non-local boundary-value conditions, including integral -ype conditions with respect to the space variable, is studied. An integral a priori estimate of the solution of the differential problem is proved. For solving the problem numerically, a second-order of approximation and accuracy monotone difference scheme is considered on uniform meshes. Using the method of energy inequalities a theorem for the uniqueness and stability with respect to the initial and right-hand side conditions of the approximate solution of the constructed difference problem is established. A numerical example is presented as an illustration of the theoretical results.
