Let \(p\) be an odd prime and let \(n\geq 3\). Denote by \(E(v,2n+1)\) the \({\mathbb Z}_p\)-exterior algebra on a generator of dimension \(2n+1\) and by \(\Gamma(w,2np+2)\) the \({\mathbb Z}_p\)-divided power algebra on a generator of dimension \(2np+2\). The main result is that, for each \(i\geq 0\), the factor \(E(v_i,2np^i+1)\otimes \Gamma(w_i,2np^i+2)\) of \(H_*({\mathbb Z},n;{\mathbb Z}_p)\) is an \(A_{\infty}\)-bialgebra with three non trivial operations, a multiplication, a comultiplication and an operation \(\Delta_p: A_i\to A_i^{\otimes p}\), of degree \(p-2\). This work uses previous results of \textit{A. Berciano} and \textit{P. Real} [Forum Math. 22, No. 2, 357--378 (2010; Zbl 1193.55004)] and \textit{S. Saneblidze} and \textit{R.
