The author introduces the notion of interior, closure, convergence and continuity in the context of Császár's (ascending) generalized neighbourhood systems, see [\textit{Á. Császár}, Acta Math. Hung. 96, No.~4, 351--357 (2002; Zbl 1006.54003); ibid. 121, No.~4, 395--400 (2008; Zbl 1199.54002)]. The results proven are as expected.
