A Cameron-Liebler line class of the finite projective space \(\mathrm{PG}(3,q)\) is a set of lines that shares a constant number \(x\) of lines with every regular spread in the space. The number \(x\) is the parameter of this class. The authors prove that a Cameron-Liebler line class has the property that \(C(x,2) + n(n-x) \equiv 0 \pmod{q+1}\) for the number \(n\) of lines in any plane in the space. This result is used to eliminate a large percentage of possible values for \(x\). The authors apply their technique to determine the spectrum of parameters of Cameron-Liebler line classes of \(\mathrm{PG}(3,5)\) and give a construction of a Cameron-Liebler line class with parameter 10, showing it is unique up to projectivities and dualities.
