A simplicial arrangement is a finite set \({\mathcal A} =\{H_1, \dots, H_n\}\) of hyperplanes in \({\mathbb R}^r\) such that the connected components of the complement are simplicial cones. The author concentrates on dimension three in this paper and is able to provide a complete list of all simplicial arrangements in the real projective plane with at most 27 lines. Furthermore, the author is able to disprove conjectures made by \textit{B. Grünbaum} [Ars Math. Contemp. 2, No. 1, 1--25 (2009; Zbl 1177.51020); ``Small unstretchable simplicial arrangement of pseudolines'', Geombinatorics 19, No. 4, 153--160 (2009)]. The author is also able to prove a conjecture from \textit{B. Grünbaum} [Arrangements and spreads. Reprint. CBMS Regional Conference Series in Mathematics, 10. Providence, R.I.: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (1980; Zbl 0475.51005)].
