A fuzzy subgroup \(A\) of a group \(G\) is called a generalized characteristic fuzzy subgroup (GCFS) if \(O(x)=O(y)\) implies \(A(x)=A(y)\) \(\forall x,y\in G\). The author proves that the level subgroups of a GCFS of a group \(G\) are characteristic subgroups of \(G\). Also he shows that a group \(G\) is cyclic iff all fuzzy subgroups of \(G\) are GCFS of \(G\).
