The authors present three polyhedra with rectangular faces and icosahedral symmetry having each edge in a plane of mirror symmetry. Each of these polyhedra has sixty faces which intersect like the faces of the well-known Kepler-Poinsot regular polyhedra. Under the restriction that adjacent faces are not coplanar, these are the only possible polyhedra of this kind. They are described by three methods of construction as well as by skeletal and perspective views. Similar polyhedra with octahedral symmetry have been studied by the same authors in a previous paper [C. R. Math. Acad. Sci., Soc. R. Can. 20, No. 1, 16-21 (1998; Zbl 0926.52012)].
