Let \(G\) be a finite group. A subgroup \(H\) is quasinormal in \(G\) if \(H\) permutes with every subgroup of \(G\). The authors show that, given a normal \(p\)-subgroup \(P\) of \(G\) of exponent \(p^e\) (\(e\geq 1\)), if all members of the family \(\{H\mid H\leq P\), \(H'=1\), \(\exp(H)=p^e\}\) are quasinormal in \(G\), then \(P\) is supersolvably embedded in \(G\). -- This result permits them to state other results about saturated formations.
