The author proves some asymptotic results concerning the global weak solution of the compressible isentropic Navier-Stokes equations. More precisely, considering general initial data, one demonstrates the convergence towards solutions of incompressible Euler equations. As the density becomes constant, the Mach number goes to zero and the Reynolds number goes to infinity. In fact, if the viscosity goes to zero, one looses spatial compactness properties. For circumventing this difficulty one utilizes energy arguments. The author assumes that the spatial domain is either the whole space or a torus.
