The equations of motion of a heavy rigid magnetic body are written as Euler's equations on 9-dimensional Lie algebra \(so(3) \oplus {\mathbb R}^6\). For these equations, a special integrable case was found by Bogoyavlensky based on an additional first integral which exists if the classical integrals have some special values. The intersection of the zero level of this integral with a generic orbit of coadjoint representation is a four-dimensional manifold on which the restricted symplectic form has singularities on a codimension-one submanifold. The complement to this submanifold is foliated by three-dimensional level surfaces of Hamiltonian function. Here the author describes the topology of restrictions of phase space flows on these three-dimensional manifolds using a theory developed by Fomenko and his collaborators.
