The purpose of this paper is to give an example of a strictly weakly regular point in a limit space of manifolds with positive Ricci curvature. Namely, the following two theorems are proved: 1. There exists a 5-dimensional Riemannian manifold \(M^{5}\) such that its Ricci curvature is positive, some tangent cones at infinity are \(\mathbb{R}^{3}\) and some are not. 2. There exists a sequence of 5-dimensional Riemannian pointed manifolds \((M_{i}^{5},p_{i})\) with positive Ricci curvature, \( \lim _{i \to \infty} (M_{i}^{5},p_{i})=(Y^{3},y)\), some tangent cones at \(y\) are \(\mathbb{R}^{3}\) and some are not.
