For \(n+1\) dimensional semilinear wave equations, boundary value problems with data on the surface of a conic manifold are considered. The conic manifold is time-oriented, and the nonlinear source term \(f\), as function of \(u\), is assumed to satisfy two additional conditions in form of grow inequalities, one of them being in integral form. The global stability of the problem in some Sobolev spaces is proved first. Under certain additional requirements on the function \(f\), the uniqueness of the strong generalized solution is shown. At the end of the paper, cases of absence of global solvability of the stated problem, for instance when the mentioned integral inequality is violated, are discussed.
