The author presents a Putinar--type Positivstellensatz for operator-valued polynomials in commuting variables, thus providing a common generalization of many results from the literature, including theorems due to Putinar, Scherer-Hol and Ambrozie-Vasilescu. The paper is well--written and the results are presented in a clear and concise manner.
