This article is a contribution to the theory stemming from the seminal papers of \textit{G.~Tian} [J. Differ. Geom. 32, No.1, 99--130 (1990; Zbl 0706.53036)], \textit{D.~Catlin} [in: Analysis and geometry in several complex variables. Trends in Mathematics. 1--23 (1999; Zbl 0941.32002)], and \textit{S.~Zelditch} [Int. Math. Res. Not. 1998, No. 6, 317--331 (1998; Zbl 0922.58082)]. The goal is to find an effective way to compute the coefficients of the asymptotic expansion of the Bergman kernel taking values in high tensor powers of a line bundle over an algebraic manifold. The author introduces a combinatorial method using the language of graph theory to implement formulas of \textit{M.~Engliš} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 528, 1--39 (2000; Zbl 0965.32012)] and \textit{A.~Loi} [Int. J. Geom. Methods Mod. Phys. 1, No. 3, 253--263 (2004; Zbl 1084.32015)].
