This paper is devoted to the problem of enumerating soluble totally local formations, i.e. those which are n-multiply local for every natural number n. Every formation is 0-multiply local, and a formation is n- multiply local (n positive) if it has a local screen, all nonempty members of which are (n-1)-multiply local formations.
