    \textbf{0.1 Comment} This is an interesting study of local convergence analysis for the cubically convergent Weerakoon-Fernando method. The work is presented to obtain solutions of nonlinear operator equations in Banach spaces, by converting to nonlinear operator equations of the form: \[ N (s) = 0, \tag{1} \] where \(N: \Omega \subseteq X \to Y\) is a Frechet differentiable nonlinear operator and \(\Omega\) is a convex subset of \(X\). \(X\) and \(Y\) are Banach spaces. A popular and widely adopted solver of this equation is Newton's algorithm, which is described as: \[ s_{i+1} = s_i - [N'(s_i)]^{-1} - N(s_i),\quad i = 0, 1, 2,\dots. \tag{2} \] The author present a number of new techniques of independent interest, including the analysis of the \(\omega\) continuity of the first Fréchet derivative and extends the applicability of the algorithm when both Lipschitz and Hölder conditions fail without engaging derivatives of the higher order which do not appear on this method. The aim of this work is mainly to study on the one hand The local convergence offers radii of balls of convergence, the error bounds and uniqueness of the solution. On the other hand some numerical approximation are given to find the zeros of different complex polynomials using the convergence region for the scheme. \textbf{0.2 Specific comments} \begin{itemize} \item[1.] Local convergence analysis of Weerakoon-Fernando method (WFM) with \(\omega\) continuous Fréchet derivative is discussed in Banach spaces. \item[2.] The analysis discussed in this study is applicable to solve such problems when both Lipschitz and Hölder continuity condition fail without applying higher-order derivatives. \item[3.] The region of convergence for WFM is used to find the zeros of different complex polynomials is presented by means of basins of attraction. \item[4.] Non-linear integral equations are solved to confirm the convergence of the scheme using our analytical results. \item[5.] This study discovers a new variant of Weerakoon-Fernando's method as an alternative iterative method to find the roots of the nonlinear equation that require evaluation of functions. Numerical simulation present that the proposed method is better. \end{itemize} \textbf{0.3 Presentation Quality} Presentation Quality: Good \begin{itemize} \item[1.] The mathematical formulae, symbols, abbreviations, and units are correctly defined and used. \item[2.] The overall presentation is well structured and clear generally. \item[3.] There are no superfluous figures. \item[4.] The number and quality of references is appropriate and gives proper credit to related work. \end{itemize} \textbf{0.4 Scientific Quality} Scientific Quality (Rigour): Good \begin{itemize} \item[1.] The paper does present the information in a straightforward and understandable manner. \item[2.] The scientific methods and assumptions are valid and clearly outlined. \item[3.] The description of data and the calculations are sufficiently complete to be followed and would allow their reproduction by fellow scientists. \item[4.] This is the strength of the paper. The paper is generally well written and structured. \item[5.] In my opinion the paper would be useful to a vast community of theoreticians working in the area of convergent of Weerakoon-Fernando method to solve a non linear equation. \end{itemize}
