Let X be a complex manifold. The author defines the category \(MF_{hCM}({\mathcal D}_ X)\) of filtered holonomic \({\mathcal D}_ X\)-modules (M,F) such that \(Gr^ F(M)\) is Cohen-Macaulay over Gr(\({\mathcal D}_ X)\), and also the corresponding dual functor \textbf{D} on it, which is compatible with the usual dual functor on holonomic \({\mathcal D}_ X\)- modules by forgetting the filtration. Let Y be a complex manifold, S an open disc centered at 0, \(X=Y\times S\), and identify Y with \(Y\times \{0\}\). The author defines the full subcategory \(MF_{mhCM}({\mathcal D}_ X)\) of \(MF_{hCM}({\mathcal D}_ X)\) whose objects are the (M,F) admitting a Malgrange-Kashiwara's V- filtration relatively to Y satisfying some compatibilities with respect to F, and such that the filtered holonomic \({\mathcal D}_ Y\)-modules of ``vanishing cycles'', \(\psi (M,F),\phi_ 1(M,F)\), belong to \(MF_{hCM}({\mathcal D}_ Y)\). The main result of the paper (Theorem 1.6) is the stability of \(MF_{mhCM}({\mathcal D}_ X)\) by the dual functor \textbf{D} and the commutativity of it with the functors \(\psi\) and \(\phi_ 1\). The author also proves (Theorem 2.2) the compatibility by the De Rham functor of the commutativity above and the commutativity between the corresponding topological functors. The paper ends with an explicit study of the vanishing cycle functors, in the case of perverse sheaves with normal crossing supports, and the induced dualities on them. The point of view is related to the paper by \textit{A. Galligo}, \textit{M. Granger} and \textit{Ph. Maisonobe}, Ann. Inst. Fourier 35, No.1, 1-48 (1985; Zbl 0572.32012)]. No concrete nontrivial example is shown.
