This is a sequel of the paper [Finite Fields Appl. 11, No. 1, 30--44 (2005; Zbl 1092.11047)]. In the first part, the authors proved for all primes \(p\geq 5\) that the distribution of the element zero in a level sequence is unique. Now they give a proof for \(p=3\) (whose techniques are very different from those used in the first part).
