    Let \(D\) be a bounded domain in \( \mathbb{R}^3\) and \(E\) be a subset of \(D\) bounded by \(\partial D\) and \(\partial_DE\subset D\). \(|D|\) and \(|E|\) are the Lebesgue measure of \(D\) and \(E\). It is required to find \(E\) and \(\lambda\) as a solution of the problem \(H(\partial_DE)+\gamma(-\Delta)^{-1}(\chi_E-a)=\lambda\) on \(\partial_DE\),\ \(|E|=a|D|\) (1), where \(a\in (0,1), \;\gamma>0\), \ \(H(\partial_DE)\) is a mean curvature of \(\partial_DE\), \(\chi_E\) is characteristic function of \(E\), \(v:=(-\Delta)^{-1}(\chi_E-a)\) is the solution of the problem \(-\Delta v=\chi_E-a\) in \(D\), \(\partial_\nu v=0\) on \(\partial D\), \({\bar v}:=1/|D|\int_Dv(x)dx=0\) (\(\nu\) is a normal to \(\partial D\)). There is considered approximate solutions of the problem (1), when \(\partial_DE\) is a sphere of a radius \(r_1\) and \(E\) in a domain \(\{x| r_1<|x-\xi|<r_2\}\). The author constructs these solutions, studies the problem (1) with perturbations of \(r_1\) and \(r_2\).
