Minimal non-permutative pseudovarieties of semigroups. III (Q1057369): Difference between revisions

Various types of permutativity conditions are important in the study of (pseudo)varieties of semigroups. In previous papers of this series, minimal pseudovarieties failing certain permutativity conditions were determined. This theme is pursued here in relation to a family of conditions which appear in the investigation of power pseudovarieties of semigroups, namely, for each \(k\geq 0\), we consider the condition \(C_ k\) on a semigroup to satisfy the identity \(x_ 1...x_ ky_ 1y_ 2z_ 1...z_ n=x_ 1...x_ ky_ 2y_ 1z_ 1...z_ n\) for some n. For all minimal pseudovarieties failing \(C_ k\), a generator and a finite basis of identities are specified.
