Firstly, the author defines the notion of a complex Poisson manifold and, by means of a holomorphic line bundle \(\pi\) : \(K\to W\) on a complex manifold W, the notion of a (conformal) complex Jacobi structure on W. Such a manifold is foliated (in the sense of Süssmann-Stefan) in complex contact manifolds or complex locally conformally symplectic manifolds. This has an important application to the coadjoint representation of a complex Lie algebra \({\mathcal G}\) of complex dimension n. The quotient by the group of homotheties of the space \({\mathcal G}^*_ 0={\mathcal G}^*\setminus \{0\}\), where \({\mathcal G}^*\) is the dual space of \({\mathcal G}\), is isomorphic to the complex projective space \((PC)^{n-1}\). Then \((PC)^{n-1}\) has a natural complex Jacobi structure. Let G be a connected complex Lie group and \({\mathcal G}\) its Lie algebra. Then G operates on \(G^*_ 0\) by \(Ad^*\) and on the associated \((PC)^{n-1}\) by the quotient coadjoint mapping \(\Psi\). The leaves of the complex Jacobi structure on \((PC)^{n-1}\) are the orbits of the action of G by \(\Psi\). Then the author introduces the notion of complex Hamiltonian symplectic homogeneous space \(W=G/H\). Such a space is a covering of a leaf of the natural complex Poisson structure on the dual \({\mathcal G}^*\) of the Lie algebra \({\mathcal G}\) of the connected complex Lie group G of complex dimension n. Similarly, a so-called proper complex contact homogeneous space G/H (resp. complex Hamiltonian locally conformally symplectic homogeneous space), is a covering of a leaf of the complex Jacobi structure on \((PC)^{n-1}\). All these manifolds are Kählerian, and the author determines the corresponding compact spaces: A compact complex Hamiltonian locally conformally symplectic homogeneous space is a complex torus; there are 9 compact proper complex contact homogeneous spaces, which are in one-to-one correspondence with a certain type of symmetric spaces. He also studies the ``not proper'' case. The analogous situation for real manifolds and structures was defined and studied earlier by the author and \textit{F. Guerida} [J. Math. Pures Appl., IX, Sér. 63, 407-484 (1984; Zbl 0562.53029)].
