    The authors discuss the existence of solutions of the differential inclusion \[ (P)\quad \dot x\in -Ax+F(t,x),\quad x(a)=x^ 0, \] where A is an operator defined on \(D(A)\subset {\mathbb{R}}^ n\), with the following two properties: (A1) \(\forall x_ 1,x_ 2\in D(A)\), \(\forall \gamma_ i\in Ax_ i\), \(i=1,2\), \(<\gamma_ 1-\gamma_ 2,x_ 1-x_ 2>\geq 0,\) (A2) the range of \(I+A\) is all of \({\mathbb{R}}^ n;\) F(t,x) maps \([a,+\infty)\times \overline{D(A)}\) into a compact subset of \({\mathbb{R}}^ n.\) Theorem. If A is a maximal monotone operator, and F(t,x) satisfies the following three properties: (F1) F(.,.) is \({\mathfrak L}\otimes {\mathfrak B}\)-measurable, (F2) for each \(t\geq a\), F(t,.) is lower semicontinuous, (F3) there exist two non-negative locally integrable function \(\alpha\),\(\beta\) : [a,\(+\infty)\to {\mathbb{R}}\) such that, for every \((t,x)\in [a,+\infty)\times \overline{D(A)}\), \[ | F(t,x)|:=\sup \{| y|:\quad y\in F(t,x)\}\leq \alpha (t)| x| +\beta (t). \] Then, problem (P) has a solution for any \(x^ 0\in \overline{D(A)}\).
