A tournament T is homogeneous if any isomorphism between finite subtournaments of T is induced by an automorphism of \textit{T. Lachlan} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 284, 431-461 (1984; Zbl 0562.05025)] showed that there are three countably infinite homogeneous tournaments. The author of the present paper gives a simpler proof of Lachlan's results.
