This paper contains many new and interesting results on complete quasi- pseudo-metric spaces. The author corrects an error of the reviewer by showing that a sequentially (convergence) complete quasi-metric space need not be complete. He uses this example to construct a complete, sequentially convergence complete quasi-metric space that is not convergence complete. He shows that an orthocompact Tychonoff space admits convergence complete quasi-metric if and only if it is a Čech complete space with a \(G_ \delta\)-diagonal. The second part of this note is devoted to a characterization of the class of quasi-metric spaces having a quasi-metric completion. The author shows that a quasi-metric space has a quasi-metric sequential convergence completion if and only if it has a quasi-metric convergence completion.
