The authors prove boundedness on \(L^p\), \(p>1\), and from \(L^\infty\) to BMO for an oscillatory singular integral \[ Tf(x)=\int\limits_{R^n}e^{i\Phi(x-y)}K(x,y)f(y)dy, \] where \(\Phi\) and \(K\) satisfy the following conditions. 1. \(| D^\alpha\Phi(x)| \leq B_1| x| ^{a-| \alpha| }\), \(| \alpha| \leq 3\) and \(\sum\limits_{| \alpha| =2} | D^\alpha\Phi(x)| \geq B_2 | x| ^{a-2}\) for some fixed \(a\neq 0\) and \(x\in R^n\backslash 0\). 2. \(K(x,y)=K_m(x-y){R_{m+1}(A;x,y)\over | x-y| ^m}\), where \[ | K(x)| \leq C| x| ^{-n}, | \nabla K(x)| \leq C| x| ^{-n-1}, \] \(\int\limits_{a<| x| <b}K(x)x^\alpha=0\), for any \(0<a<b<\infty\), \(| \alpha| =m\), and the function \(A\) has derivates of order \(m\) in BMO, \[ R_{m+1}(A;x,y)=A(x)-\sum\limits_{| \alpha| =m}{1\over \alpha !} D^\alpha A(y)(x-y)^\alpha. \] The work extends the result of \textit{D. Fan} and \textit{Y. Pan} [Stud. Math. 114, No. 2, 105-116 (1995; Zbl 0886.42008)] where the case \(m=0\), and without the term \(R_{m+1}(A;x,y)\) was considered.
