The authors study the oscillation of higher-order neutral differential equations of the form \[ \frac {d^n}{dt^n}[x(t)+c(t)x(t-\tau)]+\int_0^tp(t,\xi) x[g(t, \xi)]d\sigma(\xi)=0, \] where \(n\) is even and \(\tau\) is a positive constant. Several oscillatory criteria are given.
