The system considered is a multi-input state model. The authors give new two-sided matrix bounds of matrix Lyapunov equations -- these equations are the tools for system stabilization. The assumption is the diagonalizability of the state matrix. Two illustrative examples of the suggested method for 3 states and 3 inputs are given illustrating the tightness of the bounds. As the authors remark, the tightness of the derived bounds depends on the closeness of some matrix and it is hard to discuss generally under what conditions this occurs.
