Let \(H\) be a complex Hilbert space, \(B(H)\) be the algebra of all bounded linear operators on \(H\), and \(P\) be the complete lattice of all orthogonal projections in \(B(H)\). For a unital operator algebra \(A\) in \(B(H)\), let \(\text{Lat}A\) denote the complete lattice of all invariant projections for \(A\). The purpose of the paper under review is to show that any reflexive right \(A\)-submodule and \({\star}\)-reflexive left \(A\)-submodule of a unital operator algebra \(A\) are determined by order homomorphisms from \(\text{Lat}A\) into \(P\).
