The goal of this paper is to obtain some new Hardy-Sobolev inequalities and then use them in order to obtain new heat kernel estimates for the Schrödinger operator \(-\Delta-V\) for positive potentials \(V\) with critical singularities, improving upon analogous estimates of this type.
