Keller's results on DG quotients of DG categories modulo a full DG subcategory will be developed further. Two new constructions of the DG quotient will be given of which one resembles the Dwyer-Kan localization but is considerably easier, in particular if certain flatness conditions are assumed. The DG quotient of a DG category modulo a full DG subcategory is shown to be unique up to homotopy.
