Using dyadic decomposition, the authors prove the global existence of regular solutions for three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations for rotating flows, in the limit of strong rotation, with periodic or stress-free boundary conditions for all domain aspect ratios, including wave resonances. Infinite time regularity of the solutions is obtained by bootstrapping method from global regularity of limit equations, and by using convergence theorems.
